Gift Cards That Have Expired

We're pleased to share some good news for our customers. If you're holding an e-Gift Card that expired between January and May, we've made the decision to extend its validity by an additional two months.

During this period, our site experienced some downtime due to unforeseen circumstances. We recognise this may have affected your ability to use your Gift Card, and we wanted to make things right. Rather than let these cards go to waste, we've reactivated them with a fresh expiry date.

What This Means For You

If you have an expired e-Gift Card from that timeframe, it's now valid again. You'll have two months from today to spend it on anything from our collection at Creations By Sarah LTD. Whether you've been waiting for the perfect moment or simply didn't get a chance to use it before, now's your opportunity.

How To Use Your Gift Card

Using your reactivated Gift Card is straightforward. Simply enter the code at checkout when you're ready to make a purchase. The balance will be applied to your order automatically.

Don't Miss Out
